If you are interested in admission to Gracie Square Hospital for yourself or a loved one, please call our Admitting Office at (212) 434-5300. The Admitting Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m-6:00 p.m. Outside of Admitting Office hours, a member of the Gracie Square Hospital team is available to speak with you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by phone.
Your Arrival
The Gracie Square Hospital entrance is located at 420 East 76th Street, between First and York Avenues. Patients may be admitted to the Hospital 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Patients who do not come to Gracie Square through the emergency room are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
